| I am currently looking for someone to sublease my roommate's room. We are currently living in a two bedroom apartment close to the University of Manitoba. My roommate is relocating for work this summer. The apartment is located at 110 Adamar Rd, which is a 15-20 minute walk from the university and a 10-15 minute bus ride. This apartment complex consists of a recently renovated indoor pool and underground parking. The rent will cost $885 monthly. This includes hydro, heat, water, parking space and internet.
