| Hey guys! I'm looking for somebody to sublet my bedroom for the summer (June 1 to September 31). It's a beautiful home that you'd be sharing with a caring & conscientious human in his 30s named Thomas. He'll be teaching at the acupuncture school and hand-carving wooden flutes in the garage, and enjoys playing acoustic instruments. The bedroom is quite spacious and gets lots of morning light. The kitchen and living room get tons of afternoon/evening light. There’s a big garage where I’ve set up a nice ping pong table, and there's a couple of outside hangout spots too. This home is near Mountain Station, <10 mins walk to Baker, has beautiful views, and rent is $850/m, inclusive of all utilities/internet. It's cat friendly if you have a little one (not dog friendly unfortunately), and there's plenty of street parking. The landlords are super awesome, and live in the house right next door on the property. We keep this house tidy and like having a calm vibe, so please only reach out if you've already figured out how to be a good roommate and have your life in order. :) Open and clear communication is a must.
