| Looking for a long term rental (locked into school for 3 years) to call home, moving in June-August. Ideally sooner than later We are a professional, married couple that have been together for 9 years and have amazing rental references. We are low maintenance tenants who always treat our rentals as our own home. We love to keep a clean home, garden and can our harvest for the winter. We are happy to do yard maintenance including mowing lawns, trimming trees/hedges, shovelling snow. I am currently a full time holistic practitioner. I will be attending Kootenay Columbia College for the 3 year Acupunture program in September and would like a quiet home to prioritize my education. My husband, Quinton is in a management position of over 10 years and is a musician. We have a small, 14 year old dog named Sofie. She is hypoallergenic/non shedding, quiet and well trained. She spends most of her time snoozing and is an unofficial therapy dog who comes to work with me everyday. We have always gotten 100% of our pet deposit back as Sofie is so well behaved. Our budget is max $2000. We would love some sort of yard/garden space and 2 bedrooms. Ideally we would love to be in town or not more than 15 min drive. We are not looking for roommates. |
