| Looking for a clean, very quiet, employed individual to rent a room in our townhome. Myself (the owner) and my spouse live here with our two small dogs (must be ok with snuggles haha) fully furnished townhome with a gym, all kitchen accessories, a cleaner who cleans the bathrooms every two weeks (private bathroom as well) and parking within 50m of front door. No smoking, no pets, no drugs or parties. Must be very respectful of space and its contents. This is for single occupancy only and no guests unless otherwise discussed. Must be willing to tidy up after yourself in common areas as we keep the house very clean. Damage deposit of $600 required. Available for May 1 |
