| Room for rent in a ground level basement suite with shared living room, kitchen, and bathroom. The house is conveniently located within walking distance to bus stops and it is approximately 5 min bus ride to Braid skytrain station and about 10 min bus ride to Lougheed Mall. We are close to Superstore, Canadian Tire, Staples, 7 Eleven, Greek restaurant, Cineplex, IKEA, and T&T. We're looking for a female roommate. International student or working professional are preferred. We have two rooms available for rent. 1st room is $800 / month. 2nd room is $840 /month Each room is for single occupancy. Overnight guest or sleepovers are strictly not allowed, no pets, no cannabis, no smoking, no vaping, & no drugs. Looking for individuals who are respectful of the shared space and maintain a clean and tidy living environment. References required.
