| Hi, we are offering for rent a private bedroom in a great one-of-a-kind house that has a great view of the Burrard Inlet. Located where Hastings meets Barnett Highway Close to SFU ,Coquitlam and Port Moody Great sunsets Large balcony Full access to living room Laundry Wifi It’s a nice combo of a spacious property with a large yard and privacy from neighbours, while being within a few minutes from shops and grocery store. Located by Bayview and Braeside , you are just a few minutes walk from Hastings and Sperling . The R5 bus is very close by to get you heading East or West The room is 9’ x 12’ , a good size. We have another room where you can also store a few of your things. You would be living with two awesome guys - in early 30s. We are fun, respectful and easy to get along with The kitchen is full of standard appliances , coffee maker and microwave. There is also free laundry. BBQ as well We highly prefer a non-smoker ( no cigarettes) and want no 420 smoking in the room. The bedroom includes a dresser. If you are looking for a chill place with positive vibes, let’s talk.
