| 1 private room and private washroom for rent in a two bedroom apartment with two washrooms. Looking for a working class male to share the apartment. The apartment is in the south east area of Calgary and it's about 7 minutes drive away from downtown Calgary. It's close to the mall and two minutes walk away from the bus stop. Heat, water, gas and internet provided. Parking is available in the building, Coin laundry in building too. Looking for someone that's working full-time, responsible and will help with keeping the common area cleaning. Only cat pet is allowed(but it must be kept in the tenant's room), smoking is allowed outside the apartment. I work full-time, I don't drink, smoke and I don’t have pet too. The room is 800 dollars monthly, amenities is 100 dollars monthly and the deposit is 400 dollars. The Tenant must live alone as I do live alone too but visitors are always allowed.
