| Looking for a mature couple who will take care of the house and yard. Previous renters have used the upstairs bedroom as the master bedroom with the second bedroom being used as a walk-in closet or wardrobe. One couple used the downstairs rumpus room as a bedroom and the attached bedroom as a walk-in closet. The upstairs features vinyl planking in the kitchen and bathroom and original hardwood in the bedrooms and larger upstairs living room. Vinyl planking is in the downstairs kitchen/ hallway and wood flooring is in the living room and bedrooms. Recent upgrades include sound proofing between the two floors. The back yard is fenced and includes a fire pit. There is a garage on site but it is used for storage by the landlord. There is a storage shed at the back of the yard. Rent is $2050 and includes $500 towards utilities. Any utility overages are the responsibility of the renters.
