Furnished living room, kitchen and basement rec room area. Tenant must furnish their bedroom. A/C and home security system. Bathroom will be shared with my current roommate. Rent is $700/Month per room, Monthly rent is due the 1st of each month. First and last months rent is due up-front to cover damage deposit. Option to share wifi with me, cost will be shared.
