| Female looking for a furnished room to rent. Preferably with own bathroom but not a must. Vary clean, responsible and financially sound. Willing to deep clean and cook meals regularly for rent reduction but not necessary. ( just something to consider) must be pet friendly as I have a yorkie who is with me most of the time.
