| The apartment building is located in the Garneau neighbourhood, about a 2-3 minute walk to the first building that connects the Telus Centre, Law Centre, HUB Mall, etc., which is nice for staying indoors during the Winter months if you’re a student. It’s also around a 7 minute walk to the nearest LRT station if you take public transit to get to work or elsewhere. The building has a gym, a private dog park (I have a dog), and the apartment itself has a great view. If you like walking or biking in the river valley, the building is also only a 7 minute walk to the start of an extensive network of trails. With rent + power/wi-fi/insurance split between two people it is around $850 per month. The available room currently has a bed and a desk but those can be removed if you don’t need them. |
