| I am seeking two housemates to join a shared, three-bedroom, two-story house located in Belgravia starting September 1, 2024. This household offers a lot of living space, including a large kitchen, backyard, in-house washer/dryer, and only two other roommates! The neighbourhood is quiet, surrounded by walking trails, and just a 5-minute walk to the LRT, providing convenient access to the North and South campuses. I am a U of A student (F) majoring in STEM and a varsity athlete. I am seeking other student housemates who appreciate keeping a quiet, friendly, clean environment (e.g., graduate student, upper-year undergraduate) to balance a busy student life. Two bedrooms are available for a 12-month lease starting September 1, 2024. The smaller bedroom will come partly furnished with a white double bed frame and spacious corner desk. The larger bedroom comes unfurnished. Costs: - 12-month lease starting September 1, 2024. - Small bedroom $830/month, including utilities. Security deposit is the same. -Large bedroom $845/month, including utilities. Security deposit is the same. - 1/3 cost of unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi internet (estimating approx. $25 per person). - Monthly communal house supplies are split evenly. Grocery stores are also easily accessible by bus. - Very quiet, sought-after neighbourhood with nice walking paths with nature views. Responsibilities: - Equal responsibility for cleaning and care of shared spaces through a rotating schedule, and winter snow shoveling. Monthly communal house supplies are split evenly. - No late-night gatherings/parties from Monday-Thursday. - No long-term guests. - No smoking/vaping. - No pets. Household features: - Two-story home: main floor and upper level. The basement is a separately rented unit (and great neighbours!) - Upper floor: three bedrooms, large full bath (heated tiles!), linen closet, and laundry room/den with storage space. - Main floor: large living and dining area, kitchen, and half bath. - Spacious main entrance (plenty of room for bikes!). There is also a bike rack in the backyard. - The kitchen includes full-sized appliances (fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher) and plenty of storage space. - Backyard with porch and patio seating, barbeque, picnic table, and shed space for storage. - Driveway for parking (2 vehicles).
