Professional female looking for one adult to rent out one of the spare rooms in my quiet home in south Millwoods. It is a large, bright, furnished bedroom with walk in closet. No couples, no smoking, no pets, no parties, no guests without prior approval from landlord and no children. Must be neat, clean, quiet and respectful. Shared kitchen and bathroom. Living and dining area can be used upon request as this is a room rental only. Jacuzzi tub in bathroom. Items included for use: TV in room, bed, washer, dryer, dishwasher, Wifi as well as all kitchen utensils, dishes and cookware. Just need to bring your clothes and food. Shared weekly basic cleaning. Street parking only. Must be working full time outside the home, preferably night shift or out of town. Damage deposit is $300 and the room is $600 per month.
