Apartment has balcony off the living room, and coin laundry on same floor. The spare bedroom is occupied 2 or 3 days per month by a previous renter, who now resides in BC, for a portion of the apartment rent(who uses the common washroom). Four month minimum term- 6 month term. Students are welcome. This building and this apartment has a relaxed friendly atmosphere, which we wish to maintain. Parking stall available for extra $50.
