| Hello! Looking for roommates to share this lovely house starting June 1st/2024. Some details about me and the house! The house is a three bedroom house with 2.5 bathroom. The bedrooms are upstairs ( and are all decent in size) there is a bathroom upstairs aswell with a shower and tub. There is a lot of natural light in the house and a big basement (also with natural light), with lots of storage. There is a big common area, kitchen and then a dining area. There is also a fenced backyard and a garage. There is laundry onsite. The house is near confederation park, some cute restaurants and coffee shops, 15 minute drive, 30 min bike ride through the park to the U of C. The rent is $2850 not including utilities ($950 each). I am hoping to rent out the two other rooms for June 1st and split the bills three-ways. Hoping for longterm roommates! I am a Masters student at the U of C, researching viruses in caribou. I am also a veterinary technician, artist and I really love picking wild plants, gardening and being outdoors. I have a dog named Bojack, hes 8 years old now, really chill - loves people and other pets ( cats and dogs). I'm not a big partier but I do enjoy dinner parties once and a while. As far as roommates go, I really appreciate open communication and a community vibe. I'm open to decorating/furnishing the house in a way that suites everyone!
