My house is in New Brighton SE. 4 bedroom 3.5 bath lane home on cultesac with garage in back, parking in garage and in-front of house. Regular sized room with closet and private bathroom for rent upstairs. $900 and half utilities $200-300 (previous roommate preferred $1150 all in, whichever you prefer) which also includes fastest fibre optic internet, Disney plus, Amazon prime, Crave on both shared tvs, and cable tv through Shaw Blue Curve with laptop connect to tv. Alarm system with doorbell and garage camera. Outside has plenty of room in double oversized garage for storage and parking, porch seating in front, private backyard has pergola with large outdoor sectional, fire table, outdoor movie screen, water fountain, string lights, and a Traeger smoker. Inside has two living rooms, office with 2 desks, spare bedroom for guests with private bathroom, multiple record set ups as music is life, large dining table seats 10, large sectional couch with extra chairs, shared laundry with deep freeze and many hangers to hang clothes to dry, two bar fridges and spare fridge/freezer in garage, gym with all weights, mirror, yoga mat , two benches with bars, plates, and a eliptical with gym tv.
