| Hi. The pictures showing gives landlords an idea of what I will do for them if they rent to me. We are responsible, mature ladies who do not smoke, do drugs or drink and would like to move to a bright, nice sized, unfurnished, 2 bedroom place (AUGUST 1ST) in a more central quadrant of the city ...near bus. We can afford about $1500/mth. I enjoy indoor plants and gardening. I have 3 spaded female well behaved indoor cats (one is 17 years old & the other two are 3). Also, I have 2 flightless & quieter birds. We need somewhere to move as of August 1. Have furniture, as well; I have a small china cabinet and some storage It would be great if there was a washer & drier for my use. As mentioned, I enjoy gardening & flowers and would be willing to maintain yard or could do some housework for less rent. Right now, I have a vegetable garden and flower gardens where I am renting. Would love to transplant my flowers and strawberries to someone's yard and perhaps beautify it, if the landlord desires this. |
