| I have a furnished room available for rent in my 2 bed 1 bath apartment in Acadia. You would have access to to the kitchen, dining area, shared bathroom and your bedroom. This is for a female only. Rent is $850 and includes all utilities (cable if you need, electricity etc) and also includes all common household supplies like hand soap, dish soap, paper towel etc. deposit would be $850. The building has app or card operated common laundry machines on the same floor and there is a gym in the main building. Apartment is right near groceries/shopping and close to transit. Must be willing to get renters insurance (I have my own insurance as well). No smoking permitted. Parking might be able to be accommodated for extra cost (I believe it’s $75/month) I am a professional female, working full time and don’t have guests over and keep to myself and looking for someone similar to share my apartment with. |
